Norwegian Jade
Norwegian Jade is the mid-size, warmly atmospheric ship of NCL's Jewel class: 2,400 guests, 16 restaurants and bars, and, thanks to Freestyle Cruising, no fixed dining times and no dress code.
About the ship
Norwegian Jade entered service in 2006 and was refurbished from top to bottom in 2017 and 2022. The 93,558-gross-ton ship carries 2,402 guests and a crew of roughly 1,000; this scale allows her to offer a broad selection of restaurants and entertainment without the crowds of the mega-ships.
Freestyle Cruising
NCL's hallmark is the absence of fixed dining times and assigned tables. Beyond the main dining rooms, the buffet and the complimentary venues, you can reserve a table at any hour you like in speciality restaurants such as Cagney's Steakhouse, Le Bistro, Teppanyaki and La Cucina.

Casino on board
Jade Club Casino: on deck 6 of the ship; slot machines, blackjack, roulette, craps, three-card poker and baccarat tables, the Casinos at Sea programme and a gaming area for club members.
The casino is part of Norwegian Cruise Line's Casinos at Sea programme: play earns points, and points set your reward tier from Pearl to Elite and your certificates for future cruises. The floor offers slot machines from 1¢ to $100 a spin, video poker and live-dealer tables; table minimums vary by time of day, with high-limit tables up to $5,000. The casino host looks after slot and blackjack tournaments during the cruise, free-play promotions and table reservations. The casino opens while the ship sails in international waters and is closed in port.
