This website is operated by NCL Tur. Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the data controller is NCL Tur.
What data we collect
- The name, telephone number, e-mail address, number of guests and message you provide in booking and information request forms
- Passport details at the booking stage (to be forwarded to the cruise line and the airline)
- Technical records required for the website to function (page visited, country, device type). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
- To forward your booking to Norwegian Cruise Line and to the airline, hotel and insurance company
- To fulfil statutory retention obligations
Who we share it with
Your data is shared only with the cruise line, airline, hotel, insurance and visa intermediary organisations required to complete the booking, and with official authorities where legally obligatory. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. You may send your requests to the e-mail address on our contact page; they are answered within 30 days.
