NCL Tur Members Club membership terms

Purpose of the club

The NCL Tur Members Club was established to offer Norwegian Cruise Line cruises to casino players through allocations obtained directly from the cruise line. Members do not pay the full cruise fare; they mainly cover items such as port taxes, service charges and onboard extras, paying up to 80% less than the list price. These rates are shown only to club members and may only be used by members.

Who can become a member

• Membership is by invitation only. The invitation is sent by an existing member, one of our business partners or NCL Tur.
• The member must be at least 18 years of age.
• The member declares that he or she is a casino player.

The member's commitments

• On every cruise attended, the member agrees to spend at least 3 hours per day in the ship's casino throughout the cruise. The rates offered to members are based on this commitment.
• Membership is personal and non-transferable. Cabin reservations are made in the member's name and for those travelling with the member.
• The rates, cabin price tables and offers shown to members may not be shared with third parties, on social media or in any public setting.
• The member confirms that the identity and contact details provided during booking are accurate.

• VIP-level suite and The Haven allocation, tailored programmes and transfers

Suspension and termination of membership

• In the event of non-compliance with the commitments, disclosure of rates or false declaration, NCL Tur may suspend or terminate the membership.
• NCL Tur reserves the right to terminate invitations and memberships without stating a reason; confirmed reservations are not affected.
• The member may request to leave the club at any time.

Personal data

The information provided upon joining is processed solely to administer club membership and to complete reservations. Details are set out in the privacy notice.

Membership declaration

Every member who ticks the confirmation box on the membership form is deemed to have made the following declaration: "I am over 18 years of age, I am a casino player and I agree to spend at least 3 hours per day in the ship's casino throughout every cruise I take part in. I understand that member-only rates are subject to this commitment."

Acceptance

By ticking the confirmation box on the membership form, you accept these terms, the membership declaration above, the terms of sale and the privacy notice. The date of acceptance and the version of the terms are stored in your membership record.
