Sales and booking terms

Scope

These terms apply to all cruise and package tour bookings made through NCL Tur. The package tour contract signed at the time of booking forms an integral part of these terms.

Prices

• Prices are per person, based on a double-occupancy cabin, and quoted in the currency indicated.
• The services included in and excluded from the price are listed separately on each tour's page.
• Port taxes, airline fuel surcharges and exchange rate movements may be reflected in the price up until the booking is confirmed; once the booking is confirmed, the price is fixed.

Booking and payment

• A booking becomes final once the deposit has been received and cabin confirmation has been issued by the cruise line.
• The balance must be paid by the date stated in the contract; bookings that remain unpaid are deemed cancelled and the cancellation terms apply.

Changes and cancellation

• The cancellation schedule is set out in the "Cancellation terms" section on each tour's page and in the contract.
• Name changes cannot be made after the cruise line's manifest closing date (generally 45 days before departure).
• In the event of itinerary changes originating from the cruise line or the airline, NCL Tur provides an equivalent service; such changes do not give rise to a right of cancellation.

Club membership

• Prices and bookings are available exclusively to NCL Tur Members Club members; membership is granted by invitation and is free of charge. The membership terms are set out in a separate document and are accepted upon joining.
• The member declares that they are a casino player and undertakes to spend at least 3 hours every day in the ship's casino throughout the cruises they join; member-only prices are based on this undertaking.
• Membership is personal and may not be transferred. Prices shown to members may not be shared with third parties or in publicly accessible settings; otherwise, membership may be suspended.
• NCL Tur reserves the right to terminate invitations and memberships without stating a reason; existing bookings are not affected.

Responsibilities

• The validity of passports, visas and electronic travel authorisations is the guest's responsibility; NCL Tur provides information and follows up on the process.
• The rules applied on board, service charges and port times are subject to Norwegian Cruise Line's contract of carriage.
• Travel health insurance and cancellation protection insurance apply in accordance with the terms of the relevant policy.

Disputes

In the event of disputes, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye shall apply and the courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
